Plastic caps and closures manufacturer United Caps is set to exhibit its beverage caps and closure solutions at the upcoming beverage fair, Drinktec 2017, in Munich, Germany.
The expo will be taking place from 11 to 15 September in Munich, Germany.
The exhibition includes demonstration of Progrip which is a lightweight monopiece screw closure manufactured from organoleptic resin for flat water.
It consists of bore seal and molded tamper-evident band with a 29/25 neck finish and the design of 72 knurls along with optimized ergonomic shape provides strong grip for the consumer.
Progrip’s standard dimensions allow dual sourcing and possess capping line efficiency with the number of deformed caps below one in 10,000.
Along with Progrip, United Caps is planning to exhibit its new 26 FLAT Premium manufactured with 26/22 CETIE neck, a lightweight monopiece screw closure made up of organoleptic resin.
26 FLAT Premium consists of optimized venting feature and a slitted flexband that breaks after the first opening, providing reliable tamper evidence to enhance safety precautions.
28 CC Flex cap is a lightweight monopiece screw closure made up of organoleptic resin for the carbonated soft drink specifications for high carbonation.
It is a fully compatible closure with existing 28- 1881 closures and can be applied for a range of applications starting from still water to CSD up to 9g CO2/litre.
An updated version of the 29/25 FLAT ITE closure which was first introduced in 2016 will be demonstrated along with other products.
Wattwiller Flower Cap in which the cap features a patented petal-flower is also showcased at the fair.
