Ovention has introduced Matchbox Oven for commercial kitchen operators in US.
The new product features two cooking surfaces that broil, bake, grill or toast with speed and precision. The dual cooking surfaces and the temperature controls make the oven suitable for all cooking applications and kitchen environments.
