China's Steelmakers Would Maintain Its Present High Levels of Production Capacity

According to source reported that China’s National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC) announced the country’s steelmakers would maintain its present high levels of production capacity and its business conditions will expect to improve in the second quarter of this year.

However, the country has to deal with high raw steel production issue and average daily crude steel output which may effect on Chinese steel prices this year.

In the meantime, China’s oversupply is still a big problem if steel output remains high and steelmakers will face a challenging time for the remainder of the second quarter.

Chinese steel firms will have to cope with thin margins for the next three months.
