UK-based contract bottling company H&A Prestige Packing has announced the opening of a new bottling line at its Chorley facility.
The new line, which has been designed to handle various sizes ranging from 187ml to 1.5l, will enable the company to produce a broad range of bottle formats incorporating PET especially.
According to the company, the bottling line will consist of New 3 station PSL labeler with optical orientation system and can fill wine, spirits, liquors and creams.
H&A Prestige Packing managing director Bob Woolf said, "The new line will improve our capacity and enable the business to grow during the coming months, in addition to securing existing employment within the local community."
The line will also allow the company to expand into the US, Mexico and Indian markets, where it plans to spread its presence, foodbev.com reported.
