Pro Mach’s subsidiary Orion will showcase a range of stretch wrapping solutions at the Pack Expo event in Las Vegas, US.
The event will take place between 25 and 27 September.
At the event, the company will showcase new AG360 self-driving stretch wrapper, which is suitable for pick-to-order distribution centers and oversized loads that are difficult to stretch wrap.
The MA-DX automatic rotary tower style stretch wrapper is suitable for mid to high-volume manufacturing plants, and holds capacity to produce up to 65 loads per hour and 90 loads per hour with optional features.
The Flex HPA model has been developed to automatically carry out the entire wrap cycle. It holds a 5,000-pound load capacity and offers, quick wrapping for optimum throughput at 15 rotations per minute.
Sentry semi-automatic stretch wrapper features heavy-duty components and steel construction, and helps to reduce product damage during shipment and material consumption.
Orion has also developed two new solutions, including Split & Rope system and Dual Rope machine.
Designed for transportation of produce loads and other load types that require ventilated cases, the systems will allow shippers of ventilated product to effectively unitize pallet loads and move them to market in pristine condition.
