Diversified Labeling Solutions, a US-based provider of pressure sensitive labels and tapes, has relocated its Georgia business operations to a new facility located at 1790 Satellite Boulevard in Duluth.
According to the company, the new facility features more than 63,000sq ft of production and distribution space.
Diversified Labeling CEO Jim Kersten said that relocation of Georgia facility to Duluth represents another milestone of the company's journey.
"With our rapid growth over the last two years, we needed to expand our physical space to more efficiently service our clients' needs and have additional capacity to maintain our rate of growth," Kersten added.
"We have also improved our IT infrastructure with more robust hardware and communication systems to better serve our clients."
In an effort to increase the capacity and efficiency of new facility, the company has installed a 20" flexographic web press, a plant-wide automated trim removal system as well as several new butt splicers and turret rewinders.
The company has increased its warehouse and distribution capabilities by shifting to a new location in Duluth. The move would enable Diversified Labeling to deliver additional client services with future expansion.
