Sidel has developed a new solution for beverage producers to maximize cost efficiency and improve sustainability.
Part of the Sidel Services portfolio, the ECO Booster solution will provide producers with measurable savings by reducing the consumption of materials, electricity and compressed air.
ECO Booster portfolio includes five modules, including ECO Audit that enables customers to analyse production conditions and energy consumption.
ECO Process module is said to offer calculated adjustments and process improvements with specific upgrades.
Sidel’s ECO Heating module will help to optimise heating profile with less installed power. Its available options include ECO Oven, ECO Lamps and ECO Oven Top Reflectors that will enhance the blower heating performance.
The frim’s ECO Air module will help to reduce the electricity consumption through the installation of an air recovery kit.
ECO Packaging solutions will allow customers to improve appeal, performance and safety of packaging products.
Sidel RightWeight concept will help to improve performance and reduce material costs, while the implementation of Sidel StarLite base in PET bottles will enable to reduce air blowing pressure.
