Some of the machines to be displayed by the company are a thermoforming packaging machine for MultiFresh vacuum skin applications, a traysealer and a double chamber machine.

The R 105 MF thermoforming packaging machine is a new compact model that has been designed to produce vacuum skin packs in small and medium-sized batches.

The machine comes with upper web chain guidance and heating of the upper web. The upper web chain guidance helps to firmly guide the film right into the sealing station.

Before being draped without creases over the product and sealed to the entire surface of the lower web, the film is heated again.

The company has also approved an extensive range of skin films for producing vacuum skin packs that will be marketed under the MultiFresh brand.

Apart from the thermoforming packaging machine, the company will also exhibit the fully automatic T 300 traysealer that is used for packing fish portions and seafood in trays.

Producers with restricted premises will benefit from the machine as it is devised on the space-saving machine concept.

Designed for a maximum of three tracks, T300 has a loading area with two loading positions despite having an overall length of only 2.45 metres. Made of stainless steel, the equipment can be cleaned easily.

Multivac will also be showcasing a Baseline chamber machine, Baseline P 600, which produces high-quality packs at affordable prices. The chamber machine can be used to pack whole fishes owing to its size measuring 600 x 500 x 160 mm.
