In Korea, P-Xylene market was stable last week due to sluggish support from the downstream buyers. Prices opened at US$ 1545/ton FOB Korea, lower by US$ 10/ton as compared to the same period of its previous week.
P-Xylene prices were spotted in the range of US$ 1540-1555/ton FOB Korea. In S.E. Asia, P-Xylene prices showed downward trend and witnessed a 1% w-o-w fall.
In Europe, P-Xylene prices declined and were assessed at US$ 1475-1480/ton FOB Rotterdam.
In US, P-Xylene prices went up last week. In the initial days of the reporting week, prices were assessed at US$ 1515/ton higher by US$ 15/ton, as compared to the same period of its previous week. Speculators witnessed the spot prices of P-Xylene in the range of US$ 1515-1525/ton FD US.
