Pro Mach has acquired Italy-based labeling solutions provider P.E. Labellers for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Porto Mantovano of Northern Italy, P.E. Labellers is engaged in the development and manufacturing of high-speed rotary and linear labeling systems for food, beverage, wine and spirits, pet food, personal care, chemical, and cosmetic markets.
With 14 subsidiaries across the globe, P.E. Labellers offers a range of self-adhesive, hot melt, cold glue, roll-fed and sleeve labeling systems for the customers.
The acquisition will allow Pro Mach to provide high-speed decorative labeling and integrated solutions for its customers across the world.
P.E. Labellers, which operates more than 10 facilities across the world, offers a range of advanced labelers and solutions for consumer and industrial packaged goods companies.
P.E. Labellers co-founder and chairman Bruno Negri and vice chairman Nicola Schinelli will continue to monitor P.E. Labellers team, which includes around 400 employees across the world.

Earlier this month, Pro Mac acquired US-based rotary labeling, serialization and coding solutions provider, Weiler Labeling Systems.
Weiler is engaged in the development and manufacture of high-speed and technologically advanced pressure-sensitive labeling machines for pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care and consumer markets.
Pro Mach produces and integrates solutions for the filling, primary and secondary packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and labeling and coding segments.
