HeroMe, the platform that lets kids create their own superhero action figures, is launching a national campaign for its new HeroMe Girl action figure line.

The firm is launching a Kickstarter campaign to introduce a new line of female heads and torsos to its existing line of customisable HeroMe Action Figures.

HeroMe is looking to raise $25,000 in the process, to prepare the new HeroMe Girl line for a spring 2016 launch.

Currently, the platform offers five different male heads and ten different superpowers. Children can select a head and superpower arm and leg with choices ranging from helicopter, strong, bionic, lava and lightning-powered arms.

Each HeroMe Action Figure coms with a reusable rocket ship box and a HeroMe Handbook. The firm now looks to engage the girls market with its customizable action figure concept.

“Creating female action figures has always been a part of the plan, but we knew this was a new territory, and we had to get it right,” said Josh Bryan, founder and CEO of HeroMe.

“We are proud of this new line. With the response and support we received at One Spark for this Kickstarter campaign, we look forward to introducing HeroMe Girl.”

HeroMe’s Kickstarter campaign will run until Friday, June 26th.
