ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair firm, has opened its new ABRA franchise repair center in Durham, North Carolina, US.
The company said that the new 12,000ft2 facility is expected to increase the total number of independently-owned ABRA franchise repair centers to 41 and 83 company-owned repair centers in 12 US states.
ABRA president and chief executive officer Duane Rouse said the company's increased presence in the North Carolina market is in line with its strategy to accelerate national growth in 2012.
"Opening this repair center furthers our mission of becoming the best auto body and glass company in America by meeting the needs of vehicle owners and insurance partners in the community," Rouse said.
The new center is fitted with the latest collision repair technology to maintain high standards and assure top quality repairs.
ABRA vice president of franchise development said Mark Wahlin that the company's long-term growth plans are taking shape and it is looking forward to serving the Durham community.
The company uses an operational excellence philosophy which helps improve operating metrics.
