Jazz Pharmaceuticals is closing the sale of its women's health business to Meda, a specialty pharmaceutical company, for $95m in cash.
The products listed in the sale are Elestrin, Gastrocrom, Natelle One, AVC Cream , Gesticare DHA and Urelle (urinary antiseptic).
The women's health business will be treated as a discontinued operation and be kept away from company's accounting details.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a specialty biopharmaceutical company produces and commercialises products such as Xyrem, Erwinaze, Prialt intrathecal infusion, FazaClo HD and LD and Luvox CR.
