Printpack plans to present its innovations at the easyFairs Packaging Innovations, which will held between 26 to 27 February 2014, in Birmingham, UK.
The company intends to showcase its recent launches including innovative printing technologies, award winning resealable formats, and high barrier and retort laminations at the event.
The company's innovations to be displayed at the event include High Resolution Gravure (HRG), 4SIGHT and easy-open and reclosable solutions.
Printpack will also display Full Access Reseal-it technology, retort structures and high barrier packaging.
The patent pending Full Access Reseal-it technology is designed for flow wrap confectionery bars.
The reseal technology, which can be added to any flow wrapper, is easier to apply to a laminate film as a mono-web packaging film is more liable to tear rendering the reclose feature useless.
Without adjustment to existing processes, Reseal-It could be added to packs.
