Multi-Pack Solutions, a portfolio company of Cameron, has announced the acquisition of US-based GreenSeed Contract Packaging's polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) business division, for an undisclosed value.
Multi-Pack Solutions president Les Teague said the acquisition supports the company's position in PVA contract packaging industry.
"We have the equipment, resources and the expertise to make this a seamless transition for our new customers," Teague said.
The new business will be shifted into Multi-Pack's Mt Prospect, Illinois facility which has over 175,000ft2 of climate-controlled blending, packaging, warehousing, lab and office space.
Contract manufacturing supplier Multi-Pack serves the pharmaceutical, industrial & institutional, health & beauty, automotive and household cleaning markets.
