Scottish brewery BrewDog is set to enter into the distillation business, with the launch of new spirits unit.
As part of the plan, the company will unveil a new distillery and is looking to appoint a distiller to manage the proposed unit.
The distiller will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of new stills at the proposed distillery.
In addition, the distiller will look after the production process including planning, managing and improving all aspects of the operation of the spirits project.
BrewDog said, "At BrewDog we're constantly breaking the mould, so we're looking for a distiller who is a natural innovator and possesses all the charm and panache to be a perfect ambassador for our new spirits projects."
The company has also unveiled a new brewery in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, where a further £4m expansion is currently underway, reports The Drinks Business.
