John Deere has recalled 139 units of the RSX850i recreational utility vehicle (RUV) in Canada, due to a problem in fuel line of the vehicles.
The recall includes RSX850i base 4X4, sport 4X4 and 4X4 Trail, produced during May 2012 and October 2012.
The recall was made for the improper connection of the fuel line connectors in the engine compartment that would stall and leak the fuel.
Fuel leaked by the connectors during attempts to re-start the engine is liable to cause fire, resulting in damage to the vehicle and injuries, according to thefountainpen.com.
No injuries or accidents have been reported related to these products in Canada, claims the company.
Vehicles recalled are from John Deere RSX model Gator and are available in Realtree Hardwoods HD Camo, olive and black or traditional green and yellow colors.
