The all-new Isuzu MU-X seven-seat SUV made its international debut in Bangkok, Thailand, last night at a gala event attended by more than 2500 dignitaries, guests and media.
CarAdvice negotiated the huge crowd gathered for its first look at the new D-Max ute-based SUV to sneak some detailed shots of the cabin.
Only the top-spec MU-X LS-T (pictured) gets all the goodies like the seven-inch touchscreen with satellite navigation and reversing camera, as well as a ceiling-mounted entertainment system with a 10-inch DVD monitor for rear-seat passengers.
Isuzu Ute Australia will introduce the MU-X in December with an official starting price of $40,500, though the brand’s managing director has hinted that driveaway pricing below $40,000, and below $50,000 for the range-topping LS-T, may be announced at its launch.
