Ranbaxy Laboratories has deployed Cegedim Relationship Management's Life Sciences compliance solution suite including AggregateSpend360 to meet growing regulatory environment.
AggregateSpend360 is expected to relieve Ranbaxy of resources and time spent to meet the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's (PPACA) state/federal aggregate spend and disclosure reporting requirements.
The cloud-based solution collects and centralizes all transfers of value to practitioners, thus rationalizing the data into one customer view for optimal visibility as well as generates reports specific to each federal/state regulation.
Ranbaxy's compliance solution suite also includes Cegedim's Compliance ID, which uses OneKey.
OneKey enables companies to satisfy aggregate spend and disclosure reporting regulations through verified medical licensure information sourced from its database.
Ranbaxy Laboratories senior director Ashish Anvekar said by aligning with Cegedim's AggregateSpend360 and their compliance suite, the company is staying well ahead of the curve regarding new US legislation.
