National Windscreens, one of the largest independently owned auto glass repair and replacement specialists in the U.K., has announced its projection for major sales in 2013.
"There's no denying that we are operating in a fiercely competitive marketplace, but our strategic approach is continuing to strengthen our business," says commercial director Pete Marsden. "We rolled out a fresh new corporate identity in 2012 to strengthen the National Windscreens brand. Recent contract wins with some of the U.K.'s largest insurers and fleet operators demonstrate market confidence in our capability."
The company won several high-profile contracts in 2012 including Brit Insurance, Chubb Insurance, Lex Autolease, Tesco Underwriting and Zurich Insurance.
Regional sales and marketing director Martyn Bennett says, "2012 was a very exciting year for National Windscreens. We consolidated our brand by introducing the new identity, won the Fleet News Fleet Supplier of the Year Award and represented the U.K. in the International Master Fitter 2012 Competition in Dusseldorf. The whole sales team is excited about the prospects for the year ahead and we're looking forward to building on some of the excellent achievements of 2012."
National Windscreens operates 114 locations with more than 800 mobile technicians across the U.K.
