The Russian birch-plywood manufacturer OAO Parfino Faneri Kombinat (PFK) is to be sold at auction in August 2012. The company is currently owned by its former main creditor, the Russian bank Sberbank. Management of PFK's operational business had been assigned by Sberbank in the fourth quarter of 2009 to the timber concern Ilim Timber.
