TMK Ipsco's New Threading and Service Facility in Edmonton Starts to Run

It's reported that the Canadian pipe and connection producer TMK Ipsco's new threading and service facility in Edmonton starts to run. The chief commercial officer Scott Barnes said that Previous Canadian orders for ULTRA connections all had to be threaded in the US and trucked to customers' yards in Edmonton. He also pointed out that this Edmonton facility allows for complete flexibility in the operating size range for quick response to our Canadian customers' needs. Similarly, it also represents a major improvement in terms of logistics; we now have the ability to respond to accessory requests, and changes in string designs, in a matter of days. The company expected that the new production line can deal its full connection line in diameters ranging from 4.
