The Coca-Cola Company has acquired US-based Sacramento Coca-Cola Bottling for an undisclosed value.
Coca-Cola bottler Sacramento Coca-Cola has territories in all or part of nine counties in northern California.
Sacramento Coca-Cola Bottling president and chief executive officer Rob Siebers said, "We believe this is the right action to ensure the continued success of Coca-Cola in Northern California."
Coca-Cola products are distributed by the bottling company in all or part of the nine California Counties of Sacramento, Yolo, Solano, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Stanislaus, Sutter and Tuolumne.
