The three companies, which are all part of Danaher’s Industrial Technologies Segment, are to combine their expertise to present their products for food and packaging on stand S2424.
Esko will focus on the time-savings, efficiency gains and creative capabilities its packaging solutions offer.
“We are not limited to one area of the packaging chain as we believe to bring real benefit, we have to be involved in all areas of the packaging production process – from concept to shelf,” said Paul Bates, Esko regional business manager for the UK & Eire.
Esko will be showing its WebCenter which, it says, delivers end-to-end packaging process management and creates a competitive advantage by specifying requirements, managing assets and overseeing the entire design and production process.
Online collaboration is also aided by Esko’s Dynamic Content Engine that enables online creation, storage, translation and collaborative approval of all text for any kind of packaging, while 3D design tool ArtiosCAD, Studio will also be on show.
On colour, Esko and X-rite will be showing PantoneLive, the cloud-based colour management tool, while X-rite will also demonstrate its eXact spectrophotometer and its InkFormulation 6 system for fast, accurate and consistent formula creation, storage, approval and retrieval.
Finally, Videojet will be showing how manufacturers and brands can use coding solutions to deliver 100% product traceability and integrity assurance with its broad portfolio of modular and retrofitable systems.
In particular, it will highlight its small character continuous inkjet printers, part of its 1000 Line range, that minimise planned and unplanned downtime and maximise printer availability.
