China's social insurance fund was budgeted to record incomes of CNY 3.2829 trillion in 2013, growing 9.9% over a year earlier, according to the Ministry of Finance.
Premium income will hit CNY 2.4664 trillion; financial subsidies will be CNY 718 billion; expenditures will be CNY 2.7913 trillion, growing 16.8%; annual balance of financial revenue and expenditure will be CNY 491.5 billion; year-end rolling balance will be CNY 4.0943 trillion.
