Shougang Releases Its Price Policy for August

It’s reported that Shougang, one of the major steelmaker in China released its price policy for August.

The company decided to raise its prices for hot rolled coils (HRC) by RMB110/ton while it remained its prices for cold rolled and galvanized steel products unchanged for August.

After the adjustment, its ex-factory prices for Q235 HRC with sizes of 4.75mm x 1,500mm x C are at RMB3, 110/ton and those for SPCCC CRC with thickness of 1.0mm are at RMB4,100/ton.

The above prices exclude taxes and will become effective from August 1st, 2013.
