The clothing firm owners form Gamarra travelled to New York and New Jersey, and participated in ‘Trade Mission Gamarra Fashion Show in USA 2013’ and the ‘Gamarra Fashion Night’, organized by the Peruvian magazine ‘BIZ!’.

At the fashion events, the Gamarra apparel traders showcased their clothing lines which included menswear, womenswear, fashion garments and casual sportswear.

The event was a part of the multi-sector strategy ‘Me Pongo Gamarra’ that saw participation of more than 1,000 Gamarra traders and was supported by Peru’s National Industrial Training Service (Senati) and the committee for Textiles and Apparel of the National Society of Industries (SNI).
