SCLAA Has Kicked off Its Free Training Program on How to Save on Energy Costs

The Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) has kicked off its free training program for Australian small and medium businesses on how to save on energy costs.

The program will initially be going to 30 locations across Australia to train SME and will allow the SCLAA to provide small and medium enterprises with actionable information on energy costs, in facilities and road/rail/sea and air transport.

The content has been designed to be appropriate and targeted and includes input from the Australasian Railways Association, Refrigerated Warehouse & Transport Association of Australia, GS1 and the SCLAA.

Stage 1 of the Project is to survey the industry, leading to the creation of the Energy Efficiency Assessment Tool and eventually the roll-out of training to 30 locations across Australia. All components are also available on the SCLAA website.

The SCLAA is asking interested parties to complete a survey. You can go into the draw to win a Toyota hand pallet truck (with thanks to Toyota Materials Handling) or an iPad 3. Click here to participate.
