1) The commercial invoice and packing list MUST to in original.
2) It is obligatory to consist (s) the Harmonized Systems (s) / HTS in MBL and HBL – Minimum: Four Fist Numbers
3) BL and HBL could not be consigned: TO THE ORDER OF:
MBL AND HBL could not be issued with ERASURE OR FLUID CORRECTION, documentation should be entered/typed with/in the same machine (font/size).
5) BL and HBL could not be issued with: FREIGHT AS AGREED / AGREEMENT OR ARRAGEND, It’s obligatory to declare the Freight in MBL and HBL to Brazil.
6) The CNPJ is obligatorily in the BL or HBL,
7) The Original of MBL + Original or Copy of HBL + Manifest of the cargoes, we need to presentation to the Marine 5 days before the vessel arrived, It is mandatory in Brazil
8) Please send all documents via Scanner for us before to check and to confirm our OK TO SHIP or follow OR SOP
9) The MBL and HBL need to be have the same date as issued
10) You need to declare in the MBL and HBL
