It is said that due to the weak LME nickel price, Taiwan's major stainless steel flat mills have announced to keep their December price unchanged.
The two major stainless steel wire rod makers in Taiwan,Yieh Hsing and Walsin has also announced to keep their wire rod price flat for this December.
Both Yieh Hsing and Walsin had increased their price for November, making Taiwanese end buyers to purchase low price import source from Japan and SKorea and finally causing Taiwan's mills to receive less orders in last month.
In December, although both Walsin and Yieh Hsing have decided to keep their new price flat, their price is still higher than Korea's offer.
Therefore, it seems Taiwan's stainless steel wire rod makers will still face the pressure in December's order collection.
