According to the Brazilian management science research institution - Fundacion Getulio Vargas index, in April Latin American's business environment is actually fell to the October of 2013. The economic climate index of this foundation is at 88 points last October, this January rose to 95 points, back to 90 points in April (nearly 10 years an average of 104 points).
Due to the bad external economic environment, 7 Latin America countries re-enter into the fluctuations. Mainly because of two component index decline: the current economic environment index and the expected index.
Brazil's economy fell to their lowest level since January 1999, is only better than Venezuela in Latin America. Since January this year Brazil business environment index fell by 20%, from 89 points to 71 points.
