More than 1,400 apparel collections from nearly 35 nations were showcased at the just wrapped up 16th edition of the Eastern European trade event Collection Première Moscow (CPM).
The fair staged over 45 fashion shows featuring womenswear, menswear, children's wear, knitwear, leisure wear, leather wear, fur wear, swim and beachwear as well as young fashions, evening wear and lingerie lines.
The event exhibited clothing ranges under four primary segments such as Premium (designs made from jacquard, silk and exclusive wool fabrics) and Fashion and Denim (which highlighted casual jeans and active wear pieces).
The CPM Kids' section presented new spring/summer 2015 lines from brands like Blue Seven, Boboli, Mayoral, Sanetta and Tommy Hilfiger, and the lingerie and swimwear dominant segment Body and Beach exhibited latest creations by innerwear manufacturers including Zimmerli, Dita von Teese, Seafolly, Cottonreal, Punto Blanco, Massana, Promise, Jaycris, Parah, Christies, Cosabella and Pierre Mantoux labels.
In addition to the apparel exhibits by companies belonging to Italy, Spain, Germany, USA, Lithuania, Greece and the UK, the Russian Fashion Retail Forum, fashion talks as well as informative seminars on topics ranging from 'Ways in Fashion Retail to better attract the final customer' to 'Ways to stimulate fashion retail sales by Visual Merchandising during times of decreasing consumer demand' were also held on the sidelines of the four-day Russian trade show.
