US mutual insurer Sentry Insurance has introduced a mobile version of its risk management solution at the 2013 RIMS Annual Conference & Exhibition in Los Angeles, US.
Dubbed Sentry Insight Mobile, the new solution offers an enhanced, customer-focused way for risk managers and company insurance professionals to receive claims information, tasks and customizable claims-related alerts, on any smart phone, anywhere, anytime.
Sentry National Accounts vice president Dan Revai said the Sentry Insight is an informational solution designed to help customers in managing their risks and containing claims costs.
"Faster access to meaningful data will save customers both time and money and help brokers enhance the service and support they provide to their clients," Revai added.
Sentry Digital Interactive Team director Jeffrey Sanner said, "Intuitive in its design and provided at no additional cost to Sentry's large commercial lines customers, Sentry Insight Mobile combines claims information, tasks and alerts into a single mobile site."
The mobile solution has been developed as a companion to the Sentry Insight risk management web solution, which was developed by the company's Digital Interactive Team following extensive interaction with customers, brokers and risk management professionals, and launched in October 2012.
Established in 1904, Sentry Insurance offers property and casualty insurance, life insurance, annuities and retirement programs for businesses and individuals across the US.
