HuBei Fuxing Science and Technology announces that Financial Fook Sydney Pty Ltd, a grandson firm, September 25 signed a contract to buy 2 Morton Street, Parramatta, NSW that Frasers Morton Pty Ltd held at AUD 58 million.
Financial Fook Sydney Pty Ltd is a unit of Fuxing Huiyu Real Estate.
Covering 49,240 square meters, the Parramatta is land for development.
AUD 5.8 million of the total has been paid. The land will be delivered after the remaining capital is paid in 90 days after signing the contract.
