On 3 December 2012 the Second Civil Chamber of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm endorsed the first-instance judgement delivered by Münster district court on 17 February 2012 in the matter of contracts for the supply of logs by the German state of North-Rhine Westphalia(NRW)to the Klausner group.NRW's appeal was rejected(reference:I-2 U 52/12).The legitimacy of the supply contract concluded with the Klausner group in April 2007 and valid until 31 December 2014 had already been established in the first instance.
