(China Glass Network) Fuyao Glass Group announced recently, it plans to cooperated with its subcompany Fuyao Group (Fujian) Engineering Glass Co., Ltd to establish Fuzhou Fuyao Float Glass Co., Ltd.. The registered capital of new established company is 700 million, among it, the Fuyao Group takes 80 percent, 560 million; the subcompany takes 20 percents, 140 million.
The company released that, the new company will be involved in production of clear and colored glass, special glass, such as ultra-white glass, ultra-thin glass, low- e glass, deep-processing of flat glass and technology development. And the most important is the sale of all the products.
