It’s reported that the Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) said that it planned to ship around 168,000 tons of hot rolled steel flat products in November, soaring by 25% from a month ago. Among them, 108,000 tons were shipped to domestic market and 60,000 tons were made to export markets. In the January-September period, NLMK’s shipments of steel flat products amounted to 2 million tons, rising by 12% year on year.
