Osram in Germany has issued patent infringements against Taiwan Kingbright on white LED.Because Osram's patent(number DE 297 24 543&DE 297 24 848 and number EP 0 907 969)have been cancelled and withdrawn by German Federal Patent Court and the European Patent Office on 12,Jan.2011 and 12,Feb.2011 respectively,the German company finally canceled the infringement charges.
