Designed by Organelle Design Studio, these lampshades are created using wood and plastic hangers. But, they are made entirely out of salvaged and off-the shelf materials.

Organelle Design Studio arranged these hangers in a way so that they emit light from multiple points in the shade and create an interesting shadowed effect from the light shining through the hangers.

They reference classic lampshade shapes with the hangers so that from afar they look like an everyday piece, however up close they are much more than that. This is an interesting and definitely green route to take.
