Yusco Said That Its Sales Revenues Has a Slightly Decrease in June

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), one of the major stainless steel manufacturers in Taiwan said that its sales revenues dropped slightly in June due to falling stainless steel prices, even though it shipping volumes stayed firm in the given period.

It’s known that Yusco cut its prices due to lower nickel prices and rising imports of low-priced stainless steel products from China and Korea into Taiwanese market.

Meanwhile, as Yusco has to list its loss from in-stock inventory, the company may still not be able to make positive sales profit in the second quarter of this year.
