It’s reported that Keystone Steel and Wire announced to raise prices for wire rods and coiled rebar by US$30/short ton, effective from December 2nd shipments. Besides, the other steel longs producers in the US have all increases prices. It’s learned that Nucor hiked rod prices by US$20/short ton for all new orders. Gerdau Long Steel North America also increased wire rod prices by US$20/short ton.
