Daimler Trucks Said It Is Preparing to Launch a Loyalty Program

Daimler Trucks North America said it is preparing to launch a loyalty program aimed at rewarding small fleets and owner-operators.

Customers enrolled in the Truck Bucks program will receive discounts and special products at service locations for DTNA's truck and bus brands, the company said in a Jan. 20 statement. The discounts will apply at checkout with no need for coupons.

"Truck Bucks is a great opportunity for us to reward our customers for their loyalty to the DTNA network," Todd Biggs, director of aftermarket parts and service marketing at DTNA, said in the statement. "This program will allow us to get closer to our customers, and help us to facilitate a rewarding aftermarket experience overall."

DTNA produces the Freightliner and Western Star truck brands in North America, as well as Detroit brand engines and components.
