The Italian furniture manufacturer Verzelloni had shown their latest news and proven classics at the imm cologne – including the new sofa collection Larsen. The rationalist and modern style for this new sofa takes us back to the 1960s, making us feel as if we were on the set of the enormously successful TV series ‘Mad Men’.
During the 1960s, the year of the economic boom, products had to be manufactured in batches, but with accurate design and functionality. That was probably the best period when design, quality, and innovation were combined together.
With Larsen, a sofa with high seat and rigorous frame style, balanced by soft padding, Verzelloni confirms this vision and finds resonance in the idea of ‘contemporary classic’.
There is a wide range of high quality upholstery: leather, textile and wool, and wide range of colors. The fabric cover is completely removable. Besides sofas, the collection Larsen offers a wide range of modules that can be freely combined with one another.
At imm cologne the elegant and versatile sofa series was represented with a sofa in fine nubuck leather, a day bed as well as the newly introduced large loveseat.
