According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Turkey’s exports of steel flat products totaled 292,000 tons in April, rising by 35% year on year and increasing by 21% from a month ago.
Among them, the exports of hot rolled steel flat products totaled 222,510 tons, rising by 38%; those of cold rolled steel flat products were at 10,657 tons, falling by 12% and those of coated steel flat products were at 51,976 tons, decreasing by 8%, all compared to those in a month ago.
