Managing director Wilcockson said the Chesterfield business was going from "strength to strength" following more than £500,000 of investments in the last 12 months. In the next year his company will extend the footprint of the factory, doubling the size of warehousing.
"We have just installed a Dong Fang 3.8m flexo rotary die-cutter, an Autobox 2.8m short run boxmaker and a Sodeme 3.2m stitcher gluer," said managing director Mark Wilcockson.
"These produce corrugated packaging for industries including kitchen, flat pack furniture and windows."
"We are in a period of evolution and looking for organic growth," he said. "With the new equipment and new factory layout, we have at least another 20% of growth to achieve, taking us comfortably to around £6m a year in sales.
"Once we have moved all the warehousing into the new factory extension it will allow us a further 8,000 sq ft of production space to add a further converting line or two," said Wilcockson, whose company is shortlisted for SME of the Year gong at this year's UK Packaging Awards.
