According to obtained file of headquarters located in Britainic ecigarette company Totally Wicked shows, as negotiated content in Brussels, European Commission drafts the bill and amends "Tobacco product instruction".Except other aspect, European Commission suggests to ban all fillable liquid nicotine, refillable atomizer, almost all spice, and limit the content of nicotine.
