MOFCOM Issues Report on International Cooperation Situation of China’s Intellectual Property 2014

The Ministry of Commerce issued a report on International Cooperation Situation of China’s Intellectual Property 2014 on April 20, 2015, introducing the achievements that the relevant departments made in international exchanges and cooperation in intellectual property areas.
 
The Chinese government attaches great importance to the creation, use, protection and management of intellectual property, holds an open attitude, and makes active efforts to expand and deepen overall, multi-layer and various forms of cooperation with countries and regions around the world in intellectual property areas. Fruitful results have been made. Along with international communication and cooperation, relevant departments responsible for intellectual property legislation, law-enforcement and judicial work have made active efforts to introduce China’s policies and measures in intellectual property and innovation promotion, carried out researches to study and learn from good experience and doings overseas and enhance mutual understanding, and safeguarded legitimate rights of enterprises at home and abroad in accordance with laws to create sound environment for win-win cooperation and increasingly upgrade the international influence of China’s intellectual property protection.

The day of April 26, 2015 is the 15th World Intellectual Property Day.
