The State Council of China decided to open the bank-card clearing business to both domestic and foreign investors to open wider to the outside world.
A statement released by the The State Council said that the qualified domestic and overseas enterprises would have the chance to apply for bank-card clearing institutions in China. This new policy helps expand the opening up in financial sector and optimize consumption environment.
