China Has Become The Most Important Global Smart Phone Market.
According to eMarketer's predicts, China has over 500 million smart phone users in 2014 and become the nation with the most smart phone users. Besides, China will remain the first one, far ahead of US and India.
The large population of China contributes to its smart phone markets. India, America, Brazil are all populous nations and those countries' smart phone market benefit from it: China ranks first in smart phone users; India will have 200 million smart phone users in 2016; Russia will surpass Japan to be the fourth largest smart phone market.
However, a large population doesn't equal to a potential market. 212 million Americans will use smart phones in 2017, accounting for 65% of the total, at the same time, India will have 244 million smart phone users. Despite the overall users, America has more smar tphones per person than India.
Therefore, smart phone markets in America, Japan and German are just as good due to economic level and well-fostered market.
