On November 13, India authority announced deciding to continue five-year antidumping (AD) duties on vitamin A palmitates (HS Code 283621) from China and Switzerland, effective on announcement, imposing the antidumping duty rate of USD 15.37/kg on China product and that of USD 7.34-8.92/kg on Swiss product, which should be paid in Indian currency.
In March 2006, India launched the antidumping probe; in March 2012, India started its antidumping sunset review on the case; in August 2013, the authority made its affirmative final ruling.
